Our Minimum Labor fee is $134.95 for the first appliance. Other appliances diagnosed while our technician is in your home, will be subject to a $39.95*fee

*For additional appliances, the diagnosis and trip fee of $39.95 is waived if you approve the estimate for repair of the appliance.

靠谱的加拿大pc群The repair estimate provided by our technician is valid for 30 days from receipt.  If you call outside of those initial 30 days, your repair will be subject to regular fees.

Cost of Labor: Our labor diagnoses are based on the job required of our technician. Our labor rates are based off industry standards and not on an hourly basis. Our technicians are trained professionals who undergo yearly training and have our entire organization’s support on the field. We stand behind our work and are 100% insured. Each truck is stocked with commonly used parts and we provide every technician with top of the line technology in order to deliver service that is efficient and effective.

Parts:   We only use components sourced from the manufacture or authorized distributors. Because of that, all parts are carry a one year warranty!

Parts and Labor Warranty:
If any part listed above, and paid for by the customer, fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within 1 year of its installation, we will replace it free of charge.  
Labor charges with NO parts replacement are warranted for 90 days.  The Minimum Labor charge is nonrefundable.

The warranty is valid for same issues only. If your appliance has a different and unrelated problem, we will provide you with a quote for the additional repair.  Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.


What goes into the cost of our service call and diagnostics?

From simple wrenches to vacuum pumps, we need to have the proper tools on hand to get it right the first time.

We take great care to protect your home while we are visiting but unintended mistakes can occur. When we are at fault, we want to make sure you are protected.


We are always looking for more talent to join our team and we will train you, also continuing education throughout the technician’s career.


Our technicians use the industry’s latest tablet/smart phone technology from technician tracking to a paperless work environment.


Health and Retirement plans for each technician. Paid vacation and sick leave.


As a small business, we still require professional accountants to ensure we stay within the tax codes. Also we require legal council for any large business transaction.


Includes website and mobile website. Social media presence and blogging. Survey management. Ensures better communication with our customers that allows us to make continued improvements.


Desk, computers, phone system, high-speed internet and the software that manages different aspects of the business.


Our technicians dispatch from their home, but our office employees, who answer your calls and manage the technician’s day, need a dedicated environment to work together.

How We Schedule


Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. 


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!  We call ahead about 30 minutes prior to arrival.  


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

靠谱的加拿大pc群If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.
